Booking Cancellation Policy:
1. No Refund on Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit will not be refunded in the event of a cancellation.
2. Rescheduling Policy:
- Reschedule Deadline: You may reschedule your appointment up to 2 days prior to the scheduled date.
- Rescheduling Procedure: To reschedule your appointment, please notify me at least 2 days before the appointment date. I will do my best to accommodate your new preferred date and time.
3. No Rescheduling in the Last 48 Hours:
- Last-Minute Rescheduling: Please note that no rescheduling will be allowed within the last 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Any changes requested within this time frame will be subject to the cancellation policy.
4. Cancellation Procedure:
- If you need to cancel your appointment, please inform me as soon as possible to allow me to adjust our schedule accordingly.
- Cancellations made within the specified timeframes will be subject to the non-refundable deposit policy.
